Reiki is energy healing through the process of positioning palms raised above or directly onto the fully clothed body to divert and unblock energy channels (chakras), which are the result of emotional or physical pain. A gentle but powerful energy will relax your body, stimulating sensations of heat, tingling or twitching with possible visions or colour and light. Julia has worked with conditions such as autism, eating disorders, bereavement, bad backs and joint pain, low energy, menopause and general aches and pains.  Each treatment session takes one hour, and you may need more sessions depending on your condition.
