When you book a treatment session with Julia Flashman, you agree to the following detailed information about the services offered. You also give permission to Julia Flashman to perform such services as outlined in the treatment information detailed on this website.

You also agree to declare any information (health or otherwise) that may alter the effectiveness of treatments offered and detailed by Julia Flashman.

Once booking over the phone, please be aware you enter into these terms and conditions.

You also understand and agree that: -

Payment - is required in advance of the time you have booked your treatment session, preferably by internet bank transfer. offered, preferably by internet banking.
Cancellations - Please note that Julia Flashman has a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 48 hours before your treatment session, we have the right to retain full payment and you may not receive a refund.
Re-scheduling – We ask that you give us at least 48 hours before your original appointment time and date, to re-schedule your appointment. We will try our best to try and accommodate your preferred date and time.
No Shows – Anyone who does not show up for their treatment session without notifying us, will be considered a “no- show.” You may be charged, in full, for this missed treatment session.
Late Arrivals – If you arrive late, your treatment session may be shorter. Depending on how late you arrive, as well as other customer treatment sessions that may be booked, there may not be enough time remaining to receive a full session. Regardless of the length of time of your session due to lateness, you will be responsible for paying the full amount for a one-hour session.
You can request to stop a treatment session at any time during your appointment. You recognise that it is your responsibility to let Julia know of any concerns you have at that time, although this may not entitle you to a refund.
Treatments cannot always be guaranteed to address any problem that you request help with.
Your booked sessions may occasionally need to be cancelled or the time changed by Julia Flashman due to unforeseen circumstances, but Julia will always endeavour to keep all appointments as they are originally booked.
